HUB HIRE CHARGES
The hourly rate for hiring the Newchapel Community Hub is £18. Each extra hour will be charged at £18. It is possible to add half an hour £9 (e.g. rental for two and half hours would cost £45. Please note that the minimum rental period is one-and-a-half hours.
Regular weekly bookings will be charged at £15 per hour, with no commitment to pay during school holidays if the hiring group is not meeting.
The half-day hire rate (i.e. morning or afternoon) is £70. This equates to four hours, including setting up and clearing away.
The full-day hire rate is £120. This equates to eight hours from the start of the booking, and may cover morning/afternoon, or afternoon/evening. Extra time after the eight hours will be charged at an additional £18 per hour.
KITCHEN HIRE CHARGES
In addition to the cost of hiring the Hub, the use of the kitchen for hot/cold drinks and/or the preparation of cold food will be £10 per session.
If the kitchen is to be used for the preparation of hot/cold drinks and hot food, the additional cost for the use of the kitchen will be £20 per session.
A cost of £1.50 per head for tea/coffee will be made for drinks following a meeting OR £1.75 per head if drinks are offered twice before and/or during and/or following a meeting.
Food can be provided for events in accordance with the following requirement:
- Bronze Package at £3.95 per person – A selection of sandwiches and fruit, including a hot or cold drink (Minimum six people).
- Silver package at £5.95 per person – A selection of sandwiches, rolls and wraps, crisps, fruit and cake, with and a hot or cold drink (Minimum ten people).
- Gold package at £9.95 per person for a hot buffet with a hot or cold drink (Minimum 12 people).
